Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as electrical components, custom-made products, and perishable items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service at info@autocartstore.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Items that are damaged or not in their original condition.
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.
