At Autocart, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Order Cancellations

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@autocartstore.com if you need to cancel.
  2. Cancellation Process

    • To cancel your order, email us at info@autocartstore.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
  3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

    • If your cancellation request is accepted, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
